The year is coming to a close. The office is adorned with New Year's decorations, corporate plans and the traditional Secret Santa game are being discussed. Alongside this pleasant bustle comes an important moment for us—taking stock of the year. It's an opportunity to look back, evaluate the journey we've taken, and see the real scale of the RESTEC team's work.
In 2025, we prepared and held 22 of our own events (including 10 exhibitions, 11 forums and congresses, 1 festival) and an additional 15 commissioned events for PJSC Rosseti Lenenergo, St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution "City Cadastral Valuation Department", and JSC "South-Western Thermal Power Plant". These events brought together industry professionals, companies, and experts from various regions and countries.
Key metrics of our 2025 events:
These figures reflect not only quantitative growth but also the sustained interest from the professional community in our projects.
Among the new formats and initiatives we introduced this year:
However, 2025 will be remembered not only for its metrics. One of the key events for us was the 35th anniversary of RESTEC. To mark the occasion, company employees were honored by Sergey Pavlovich Alekseev, First Vice President of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs, and Vladimir Ivanovich Katenyov, President of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The RESTEC team received medals, letters of appreciation, and diplomas for their contribution to the development of exhibition, fair, and congress activities.
Another significant achievement of the year was the renewed confirmation of the status for one of our key projects — the specialized exhibition "Petersburg Technical Fair" successfully passed an audit of its statistical indicators and once again confirmed its Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RSEF) seal of approval. This is an important indicator of transparency, quality, and trust from the professional community.
In conclusion, we can confidently say: 2025 for RESTEC was characterized by active growth, strengthened market positions, and the development of new formats. We thank our partners, exhibitors, speakers, and visitors — those who choose our events time and again, and those who joined us for the first time.
Ahead lies a new working year, new projects, and new challenges. Our team is focused on creating effective business platforms and helping participants achieve maximum results.
