Launch of the Conference "Logging: Enterprise Development, IT Solutions Implementation, Forest Machinery"

On April 23, the conference "Logging: Enterprise Development, IT Solutions Implementation, Forest Machinery" began at the venue of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The conference is organized by the RESTEC Exhibition Association, with the partner being the LESTECH Association.

The program of the first day focuses on practical and regulatory aspects of logging enterprises' activities. At the center of discussion are current parameters of the round timber market, economically justified harvesting volumes, as well as approaches to modernizing production processes. Among the topics are requirements for forest management and specific legal issues affecting the work of industry participants.

On the second day, conference delegates will examine matters of timber accounting and turnover using the Federal State Information System for Forestry (FGIS LK). Experts will present the results of system implementation, regulatory changes, and applied digital solutions used in practice.
