RESTEC will act as the organizer for the first time of the International Competition for Scientific, Technical and Innovative Developments for the Development of the Arctic and the Continental Shelf – "Arktika 2026" – which will be held within the framework of the OMR 2026 Forum.
The competition has been held annually since 2014, and in 2026 it will take place under the instruction of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Alexander Novak. This year, the RESTEC team has been entrusted with the organizational support of the competition, which brings together the scientific community, industry companies, and developers of innovative solutions for the Arctic and the continental shelf.
OMR 2026 will be held as part of the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum and will serve as a platform for discussing pressing issues related to the development of the Arctic, technology advancement, and the implementation of cutting-edge scientific and technical developments.
