Triggers, nudges and voice: RESTEC team at sales training

From February 25 to 26, RESTEC's sales and promotion team completed a two-day hands-on training on emotional triggers, behavioral nudges, and working with voice. The program was conducted by Irina Borisova and Yuri Golubev.

The focus was on the main issue for us: how participants and exhibitors make decisions in a busy and competitive exhibition environment. We talked about what lies behind the doubts, where unnecessary complexity arises in communication, and how to make the next step understandable and natural for both sides.

Working with voice and speech has become a separate area. The practice turned out to be not only about techniques, but also about a personal sense of stability and confidence in communication. The opportunity to hear ourselves from the outside and try new intonations has become a valuable experience for many of us.

We already use most of the tools intuitively in our work, and it was nice to get confirmation of this. At the same time, the training provided new practical solutions, which we plan to gradually implement in communication with exhibitors and event participants.
