On the second day of the International Forum and Exhibition "RAO/CIS Offshore", a VIP bypass ceremony was held. The distinguished guests, led by the Co-Chairman of the Organizing Committee, visited the stands of leading companies demonstrating advanced developments for the development of Arctic energy resources.

The participants of the tour visited the stand of the Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex, the most modern shipyard in Russia, which implements a strategically important project for the construction of ships using the large—block method. Konstantin Ryzhkov, Deputy General Director of the complex, presented the potential of the enterprise to the guests.
The delegation's special attention was drawn to the stand of the Kurchatov Institute Research Center, where interdisciplinary developments were presented, including a simulator of a manned underwater vehicle. The exhibition was presented by the staff of the Institute Vasily Ustinov and other specialists.
