Company's Experience at the Fail Conference at Saint Petersburg State University of Economics

On March 20, Dmitry Nikitin, CEO of RESTEC, spoke at the Fail Conference held as part of the "Business Contacts Exchange" organized by the Faculty of Service, Tourism and Hospitality of SPbGEU — an event bringing together students and employers for networking, internships, and discussions about future employment.

The Fail Conference, titled "To Make Mistakes Means to Grow," focused on analyzing professional mistakes, tools for examining them, and ways to prevent them in the future. Dmitry Nikitin shared RESTEC's experience: he talked about how the business navigated the pandemic period, what management decisions helped maintain stability, and which lessons later became growth points for the team and the company.

The conference addressed real-world practice — where development is built not on perfect case studies, but on the ability to effectively reinterpret experience and move forward.
