Dmitry Anatolyevich Nikitin, General Director of RESTEC, took part in the field meeting of the Council of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), which was held at the premises of Avtozavod St. Petersburg LLC.
During the meeting, three applied areas reflecting the current priorities of the industrial sector were considered:
Each of these areas proved to be substantial in terms of real production practice. The topic of lean manufacturing was covered in the greatest detail — as a set of specific management decisions related to resource redistribution, cost optimization, and process efficiency improvement.
