The culmination of the fourth St. Petersburg Tax Forum was the plenary session on the topic "FTS-35: A Journey of Continuous Development." The event brought together representatives of government bodies, businesses, and the expert community to discuss current issues of tax policy and building the potential of the city's economy.
The forum participants were greeted by the Head of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, Daniil Vyacheslavovich Yegorov; the Deputy of the State Duma and Chairman of the Russian Taxpayers Union, Artem Yurievich Kiryanov; the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Dmitrievich Beglov; and the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, Alexander Nikolaevich Belsky (the addresses were delivered in video format).
The session was moderated by the President of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the Public Council under the St. Petersburg Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, Vladimir Ivanovich Katenev.

The plenary session summarized the key results of the Federal Tax Service of Russia's 35-year journey and outlined the strategic directions for its future development. Over 35 years, the Tax Service has come a long way—today it not only successfully collects taxes but has also become a modern service for people and businesses. Support from the city and the state helps conscientious companies develop their businesses, and allows individuals to easily and conveniently track and pay their taxes, as well as receive tax deductions. All of this ultimately contributes to the growth of the economy and the well-being of St. Petersburg, its residents, and businesses.
The plenary session concluded with the signing ceremony of an agreement on information interaction between the Federal Tax Service Office for St. Petersburg and the St. Petersburg Committee for Property Control. The document was signed by the Head of the Federal Tax Service Office for St. Petersburg, Alexander Viktorovich Gnedykh; the Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexey Alexeevich Korabelnikov; and the Acting Chairman of the St. Petersburg Committee for Property Control, Mikhail Dmitrievich Sergeev. The signed agreement is aimed at strengthening interdepartmental cooperation and creating additional conditions for the effective development of St. Petersburg's economy.
