On April 9, the XVI International Exhibition and Forum on Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology IPhEB 2026 concluded its work at the Expoforum Exhibition and Convention Center.
The event was attended by more than 2,500 specialists from 36 regions of Russia and foreign countries. The exhibition featured 154 companies:92 Russian and 62 foreign, including participants from China, India, Turkey, the UAE, Germany, and Thailand.
The business program included 23 events and gathered over 250 delegates. The central event was the strategic session "PHARMA 2030: Balancing Innovation, Regulation, and Resources. How to Ensure Russia's Drug Independence," dedicated to industry development, support measures, and scenarios for its further growth.
This year, new formats were introduced, including the session "Russian-Chinese Cooperation" and the conference "Pharmaceutical Chemistry: Practical Implementation of Applied Science." A negotiation zone for business meetings was also organized on the exhibition.
As part of the Contract Expo buyer program, over 150 preliminary agreements were signed in three days, totaling more than 5.2 billion rubles.
Special attention was given to international cooperation. The RESTEC team held negotiations with the Indian company Forumfare to expand the participation of Indian manufacturers in 2027. Agreements were reached with the Turkish company Mesa Expo to establish a Turkish national pavilion at the next exhibition.
Year after year, IPhEB strengthens its status as a space where business connections are formed and promising projects are launched. RESTEC thanks its partners, participants, and visitors for their trust and productive work. Already, more than 15% of the 2027 exhibition space has been booked — and that is the best indicator that the dialogue started at the venue will continue. Year after year, IPhEB strengthens its status as a space where business connections are formed and promising projects are launched.
The next IPhEB exhibition will take place from April 6 to 8, 2027.
